The application form is near the bottom of this page and applications can be made by post or email to the Council. You are advised to submit your application by 30th June to be guaranteed that the award will be through in time for the new academic year. The application is one per family, however their is a phone number on it if you need assistance with completing it.
On the last page of the application form it mentions free school meals and the Educational Maintenance Allowance (payable to eligible pupils who stay on past their official school leaving date).

- The EMA guidance and application form are not online yet for 2018/19 but this link: https://www.aberdeencity.gov.uk/services/education-and-childcare/school-life/education-maintenance-allowances will allow you to see the eligibility criteria for 2017/18 and the guidance notes. Applications are made by post to Marischall College. You can also collect a form from the school, Marischall College or Customer Access Points in Mastrick, Woodside or Kincorth if you prefer.
